Joining Your Flight School

Get set up in FlightSense as a student pilot. Download the app, create your account, share your FlightSense ID with your school, and start training.

Using Amelia, the FlightSense AI Assistant

Ask Amelia questions about FAA regulations, training concepts, and your own flight debriefs. Amelia is FlightSense's AI assistant available from the Chat tab on iOS.

Scheduling & Dispatch

Checking In After a Flight

After landing, submit your return from the iOS app — enter your meter readings, fuel state, and any squawks — then wait for the dispatcher to finalize the record.

Recording a Debrief

Debrief a flight by voice recording (students and instructors) or typed notes (instructors only). FlightSense processes your debrief and generates an AI summary with ACS task tagging.
