Understanding Your Training Summary
The training summary brings course progress, recorded time, and instructor feedback together, based on your lesson records.
Where to find it
- Students on iOS: Log > Progress.
- Instructors on iOS: Instruct, select a student, then Progress.
- School staff on the web: Members, select the student role, then Summary.
An active course enrollment is needed. On the web, each active course has its own summary.
Progress and time
Progress shows completed lessons against the course outline, the first stage with work remaining, and the training date of the latest log with a lesson outcome. Transferred credits count toward completion. The newest attempt decides whether each outline lesson's requirement is met.
Total training time adds flight, ground, AATD, and BATD hours in the course. Recent time covers the last 30 days. Web Time details separates hours that add to the total, hours already included within it, and counts such as landings.
Amelia's Summary
The written section describes what is going well and where to focus, using graded content and instructor feedback. It supports a conversation with the instructor; it does not assign grades or certify readiness.
The written summary refreshes in the background as source records change. An earlier summary may remain while a new one is being written. With too little graded work or feedback, there may be no written summary even when progress and time are available.
Open the underlying lesson attempt or log for a specific concern. Ask the instructor to correct the record if needed.
