Your Document Library
Summary
The Documents library keeps compliance attachments, organization-issued documents, and files your school has shared with you in one place. Open it any time to review what your organization has published, what admins or instructors have uploaded specifically for you, and what you've attached to your own compliance records.
Where to find it
Tap the hamburger icon in the top-left corner to open the navigation drawer. Tap Documents. The library opens with three tabs: Organization, Member, and User.
The three tabs

Organization tab
The Organization tab contains documents your school has published to all members. These are read-only. You cannot upload, edit, or delete anything here.
If no documents have been published, the tab displays: "Operations manuals and training packets shared by your organization will appear here."
Member tab
The Member tab shows files your admins or organization have placed here specifically for you. A banner at the top reads: "Documents are managed by your organization." These files are read-only—you cannot edit or delete them.
You can share or export files from this tab using the share icon on each file.
If no files have been added for you, the tab displays: "Documents your instructors or admins author for you will appear here."
Tip: If a document in the Member tab appears outdated or incorrect, contact your organization's admin directly. You cannot edit or delete it yourself—only admins can manage files in this tab.
User tab and compliance attachments
The User tab shows files you have uploaded. This includes any documents you have attached to compliance records.
When you attach a file to a compliance record and save it, that file appears here automatically—no separate upload step is needed.
If you delete a file from the User tab, it is also removed from the compliance record it was attached to. Make sure you no longer need the attachment before deleting.
If no files have been uploaded, the tab displays: "Files you upload as compliance attachments will appear here."
Common issues

| A file you attached to a compliance record is not showing | Pull to refresh on the Documents screen |
| You cannot find a document your school mentioned | Check the Organization tab first, then the Member tab |
| You deleted a file and need to restore the compliance attachment | Re-attach the document from the compliance record detail view |
