Monitor your student's progress efficiently via the Course Progress view. Easily navigate through course details, lesson completion, and overall training data to ensure all requirements are being met.
Key Steps
- Access Student Profiles: Navigate to the student's profile through the Members section of the app to begin tracking their progress.
- Review Course Information: In the "Course Progress" tab, view vital course information, including course name, enrollment events, duration, and overall progress, displayed as completed lessons out of the total.
- Explore Lesson Stages: Expand specific stages such as Pre-Solo, Cross-Country, or Checkride Prep to see individual lessons. Identify lesson status with icons — a green checkmark for completed lessons and an empty circle for outstanding ones.
- Examine Debrief Logs: Click "View" on completed lessons to directly access Debrief Log Details, which provide an overview, transcript, and detailed information on tasks and lessons.
- Evaluate Total Time & Activity: Scroll to see aggregated flight time data and other activities, providing a comprehensive view of the student's progress across various metrics.

- Regular Reviews: Set a schedule to review student progress regularly to catch areas needing attention early.
- Utilize Debriefs: Use the AI-generated summary in debrief logs for quick insights into student proficiency and areas of improvement.
